Chad E. Chojnicki is a partner at McDevitt, Osteen, Chojnicki & Deters, LLC with a primary emphasis in commercial transactions, business formations, litigation, personal injury, and workers compensation. Chad has extensive experience in both jury and non-jury cases to verdict.

Chad graduated from Effingham High School in 1996 and Eastern Illinois University in 2000. He received his Juris Doctorate from St. Louis University School of Law in 2003. He lives in Effingham with his wife, Traci, and their three daughters, Lucy, Kate, and Margo.
